A visitor registration tool which makes your exhibition participation more efficient and profitable. Expo Manager is used to register and follow up leads. It can be used on a PC, tablet or smartphone.

Fast visitor registration
Keying in a four-digit number from the visitor’s name tag gives you access to the data they provided when registering for the exhibition.

Efficient follow-up
You can tailor Expo Manager by establishing various categories for follow-up ahead of the exhibition – such as “phone”, “send brochure” or “send product sheets”.
After the exhibition, you can create an Excel list of the activities which require follow-up.

• Parking

The parking system at NOVA Spektrum lets you safely take your time at the exhibits without the need to worry about your parking. You have several alternative means of payment. 

Autopark registers your license plate upon entering the parking facility. This starts your parking session

At the exit you have multiple choices for payment:

1) Pay at autopay.io within 48h to avoid an invoice.
2) Register at autopay.io for automatic payment.
3) Payment at the kiosk - you have to enter license plate number.
4) Drive off without doing anything - invoice will be sent to owner of vehicle .

• Photography

The exhibition’s official photographer provides every kind of technical and creative photography at a professional level. They can photograph your stand and take product and press images. These can be used to “sing your own praises” after the exhibition, document market activities, illustrate sales brochures and so forth. Photography and delivery of images are provided to order.

• Cleaning

A clean and tidy stand makes a better impression on visitors and creates a more pleasant work environment for staff. Daily cleaning is provided in the stand hire. Should you need additional cleaning, however, please contact Expo Sales and we will put you in touch with our cleaning agency.
