Sett sammen din egen stand
Ved deltakelse på en messe er det ikke alltid lett å vite hva man bør huske på å bestille og hva som kan være greit å ha på plass før bestilling. Her kommer det litt tips og råd til hva dere bør tenke på ved bestilling av utstyr til messen.
1. Finn ut av hvor deres stand er plassert og hvor stor den er, samt om standen kommer med vegger og/eller takdrager

Stand med to eller tre vegger (hjørne eller bås)
Heltrukken svart linje = vegg
Stiplede linjer = stand med takdrager
Lange stiplede linjer = åpen (ingen takdrager eller vegg)

2. Konsept og design
Når dere vet hvordan utforming dere har på standen kan dere planlegge hvordan dere ønsker å bli presentert under messen.
Er målet å vise fram deres produkter, deres budskap, delta for relasjonsbygging etc. har dette noe å si for hvordan dere går frem videre med bestilling av utstyr til standen.

3. What is a neccessity to the stand?
Carpet tiles
To make a nice and inviting stand we recommend that you order carpet tiles for the floor.
By particapting over several days it is also good for the back standing on carpet than straight on the concrete floor.
Disposable carpet
We have several colours to choose from when ordering a disposable carpet.
When ordering av disposable carpet it is a pruchase, which means you are responsible to through the carpet away when the fair is don.
If you wish us to trhough the carpet you can order it as an additional service here: 5915.
Send a request on which carpet colour you want to order and we will give you a feedback if we have it in or not.
Carpet tiles (reuse)
We have standard colours on our carpet tiles. They are being delivered and brought back in by our installers after the fair is done.
Lights
To make a nice atmosphere on the stand we recommend ordering lights. It makes the stand more welcoming and warrm, where the visitors probably will feel more intrigued to visit your stand.
Spotlights
[Fits: stands with one, two or three walls and stands that comes with ceiling girder]
4100: is a spot that can be mounted on the wall and ceiling girder. This spotlight is the only one that includes power. The spotlight can also be adjusted to the direction you want too.
4109: long armed spotlight that can be used to light inwards the wall. This spotlight is not included with power, you need to order that additionally. This spotlight is suitable for those who have profiled the wall and wants to highlight the graphics.
4005: long armed fili spot that can be used to light inwards the wall. This spotlight is not included with power, you need to order that additionally. This spotlight is suitable for those who have profiled the wall and wants to highlight the graphics.
4006: long armed fili spot that can be used to light inwards the wall. This spotlight is not included with power, you need to order that additionally. This spotlight looks like 4109, but is suitable for walls that are 3m high or higher. This spotlight is suitable for those who have profiled the wall and wants to highlight the graphics.
Truss with lights
[Fits: all stands, espacially open stands]
We have variations of truss with light packages. They include suspensions, rigging pipes and power (no extra cost gettting it above the stand). Here you will see our different sizes and design of our truss with lights.
Power
If you are in need of equipments on the stand that requires power, you need to order electricity to the stand.
230V
If you are bringing or ordering equipments that needs to be used on a regular socket you can order 1,5kW or 3kW. Depending on how much equipment you have on the stand and how much each item draws, you have to make sure that you have ordered enough electricity to the stand.
1,5kW power (includes a double socket): equipments that draws minimal power = TV, refrigerator, led lights, spotlights, charging of phones and laptops
3kW power (includes a double socket): equipments that draws more power = espresso-machine, kettle, popcorn-machine, hair dryer etc.
Extra double socket [4200] can be ordered if you need more socket (not adding more power) to the stand.
400V
If you are having equipments on the stand that requires to be connected to industrial connecter (3-fas), you have to order power that goes on 400V.
4. What is nice to order to the stand?
Furniture
You can rent furniture from us if you wish to avoid bringing your own furniture that requires time and transportation. We have a selection of different types of sitting groupd and furniturs for the stand. Everything that is rented from us is delivered to the stand and brought back after the fair is done. You don't have to think about getting the furnitures.
Storage space
If you haven't thought about storage space, it could be an idea setting this up on th stand by using our system walls or cloth, to set it up as a wall to make the storage room. That way you can keep your products, coats and other stuff away; that you don't want visible in the stand. The same goes to storing drinks and food, where some exhibitors rents a refrigerator or an espresso machine to have in the storage room.

Supplies - food and beverage
On the stand it could be nice to have a water cooler or an espresso machine to make coffee. It is nice to have for the stand personnel or having something to offer to the visitors. We have also fruit basket that you can order, which is delivered to the stand the first opening day.
